A little bit about me . . . .
I am very excited to be starting my 5th year full-time here at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic School. Before working full-time, I was an aide, beginning in first grade and then in the Learning Resource Room for two years. I also taught many years in a Catholic school in Darien, IL, with 3rd, 7th, and 8th graders. My desire to serve God and His people, and my love of the Catholic faith, led me to devote several years in ministry as Director of Worship at the Newman Catholic Student Center in DeKalb and at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in Crystal Lake.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts from the College of St. Francis in Joliet for Elementary Education and a Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies from the Catholic Theological Union in Chicago. I currently reside in Lake in the Hills with my husband (who is an alumnus of St. Thomas) and Wrigley, our dog.
I look forward to a great school year!
